We do not accept refunds for used products. Used products will be mailed back to the sender and no refund will be issued. Any signs of wear or removal of parts including foil and tags will result in refusal of your return.

If you choose the more affordable gold-plated metal option, you may experience normal wear and tear over time if worn every day. Our base metal is 925 Sterling Silver with a thick coating of 18k Yellow Gold. If over a few years your jewelry starts to slightly oxidize, don't worry! Just wipe it down with a soft cloth to remove any tarnish and restore its shine.
