Our 30-Day Happiness Guarantee

Sometimes, love at first sight needs a second glance. If for any reason your new piece isn't quite right, you have a generous 30-day window to return or exchange it. We want you to be completely captivated, and we’ll cover the free, fully insured shipping to make sure the process is absolutely stress-free. This little grace period begins the moment your order is ready for its journey to you, whether by shipment or for pickup.

A Few Exceptions for Our Custom Creations

While most of our treasures are eligible for this guarantee, a few special pieces follow a different path. Because they are uniquely crafted or altered just for you, we can't accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Items that have ventured past their 30-day return window.
  • Rings that have been expertly resized or modified to fit you perfectly.
  • Personalized jewelry, such as enchanting name necklaces.
  • Custom-designed pieces dreamed up from your own imagination.
  • Items that have already been exchanged once.
  • Any orders that were altered by request during the creation process.

A special note on engravings: While an engraved ring can be returned, we charge a small $40 fee to carefully remove the beautiful inscription and restore its original gleam.

Sending Your Treasure Home

Returning a piece should be as simple as receiving it. Whether you're exchanging a gift or sending something back, we've designed a process that is both secure and straightforward.

The Personal Touch: Returns & Exchanges by Phone

For most orders, a simple phone call is all it takes to begin. Our friendly team is ready to guide you through the process for any eligible item, whether it was shipped across the country or around the globe.

  1. Give us a call at 619-478-0377. We’ll send you a return authorization number and a pre-paid FedEx shipping label, on us.
  2. Pack your jewelry with care. Tuck it back into its original packaging. If that’s gone, nestle the jewelry box inside a small FedEx Priority box, then place that small box inside a medium FedEx Priority box. This double-boxing method is the secret to ensuring your return is fully insured. Remember to include any promotional gifts, but feel free to keep the complimentary jewelry cleaner as a little token from us.
  3. Seal and label your package. Write your new shipping authorization number clearly on the outside of the box and affix your FedEx label.
  4. Drop it off with a pro. Take your package to a FedEx Staffed location (never a drop box!) and be sure to get a receipt. This little slip of paper is your proof of shipment and your guarantee of insurance.

The Digital Dash: Online Returns for Items Under $1,000

For our US-based clients with unworn treasures valued under $1,000, our online portal is a wonderfully swift way to start a return. Simply visit our portal, initiate your return, and choose your preferred method—print a label, use a QR code, or drop it off at one of our stores. It’s that easy!

Your Refund

Once your return arrives back home, our Quality Assurance team gives it a gentle inspection to ensure it’s in its original, unworn condition. After this careful review, your refund will be processed and on its way back to you within approximately 5 business days. It will be credited to your original payment method.

The Art of the Perfect Resize

A ring should feel like it was made for your hand and your hand alone. That’s why we offer one complimentary ring resizing within the first year of your purchase, including free and insured shipping both ways.

Because of their unique and intricate designs, some rings cannot be resized. Eternity rings and rings made from alternative metals like tantalum or titanium can be exchanged for a new size for free within 60 days. Custom, modified, or engraved rings can still be resized within one year, though they may be subject to a fee.

  • A Note on Comparative Purchasing: To maintain the exquisite quality and fair pricing of our treasures, we do not permit the practice of ordering multiple items with the intention of keeping only one. We reserve the right to block orders we suspect fall into this category.
