LEAD TIME
In order to reduce waste and stand by our sustainability values, all of our pieces are Made-to-Order. The lead time to make your individual pieces is about 10-14 days. After completion, we will ship out and send you a USPS tracking number.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
- Average shipping time 7-14 business days
RETURNS
All unused items can be returned within 30 days of receipt. We offer free returns for customers based in the USA. For customers located outside USA the cost of the return equals the actual cost of return shipping. We do not charge any restocking fees for either USA based or international customers.
If the customer refuses the package at delivery we may charge a return shipping fee.
We do not accept refunds for used products. Used products will be mailed back to the sender and no refund will be issued. Any signs of wear or removal of parts including foil and tags will result in refusal of your return.
